Booking / Payment Form
Simply select the service or product, enter your best contact number (mobile preferred) and job details, click the “pay now” button and follow the prompts to complete your payment via PayPal’s secure online payment system. Once paid, you'll be redirected back here.
Refund PolicyAn administration fee of $20 will be charged for cancelled/refused bookings, up to noon the previous business-day of the booked date (which simply covers our administration costs). Notification of cancelled/refused weekday jobs after noon the previous business-day incurs a 50% cancellation charge (as this affects our scheduling). Notification of cancelled/refused weekend jobs less than 3 business days in advance shall not be eligible for a refund (special case scenarios shall be reviewed upon application).
Pricing TermsDepending on the job scope and customer’s requirements, the overall job cost may include extra parts/materials and labour charges – but our technician will always discuss this with the customer on site before continuing additional works. Please see our current price guide for details.
